PT.TOYOTA ENTERPRISE INDONESIA MANAGEMENT SERVICE(hereinafter referred as "our company") recognizes the importance of protecting personal privacy when handling personal information, we will comply with the law on the protection of Personal Information and this Protection Policy, and strive to handle them properly.

By providing education and training for employees, etc., we will aim to raise awareness about the protection of personal information and to ensure for keeping employees informed about relevant regulations.

The personal information which our company collect, hold, and use will be the information necessary to achieve the purpose of use mentioned below.
  1. For providing services, products, and information which will meet customer's requirement, ex.) Implement of transaction details, management of contracts, after-sales service after signing contracts, shipping of products, etc.
  2. To develop further attractive services and products based on customer's evaluation of our company gathered through questionnaire, etc.
  3. To introduce our service and products.
  4. Appropriate employment management of employees, etc.
  5. Scope setting necessary for recruitment screening and entering procedures in the screening activities.
